Overview

WAF™ connects to your website to give you control of it. It allows you to update your website, when you want and from where you want. With the Starter System its easy to add, edit and delete press releases, events and collect e-mail addresses of your visitors - all without having any knowledge of web design.

What is WAF™?
  • WAF™ is a visual, easy to use way to edit the same database (information store) that is used to supply information to your website such as press releases, events, news items, job vacancies etc.
  • WAF™ allows certain parts -mainly text information, of a website to be updated via the popular Internet Explorer, web browser (See minimum specifications)
  • You become the publisher, deciding what information should be updated and when. You can even create a record, e.g. an event or news item, but decide not to enable it as "live" for public view until later.

How is the WAF™ product structured?
WAF™ comprises of a starter system and then optional modules. The starter system includes;

LOGIN: Allows you to securely login to the system to make changes and to add new users subject to your user licence.
NEWS / PR: Allows you to add up-to-date Press Releases or News items to your website. Records are automatically archived after expiring thus your website look s fresh and current.
EVENTS: Allows you to add a calendar of events to your website allowing customers to keep up-to-date with what you are doing.
E-MAIL COLLECTION: This feature allows you to collect valuable e-mail addresses of you visitors. This can be used in conjunction with the additional Newsletter module to keep regular contact with these visitors, encouraging them to come back to your site to view your latest special offers or news.

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or above
  • Internet Connection
  • Graphics card capable of displaying 800 x 600 resolution and 16bit colour depth (64,000 colours)
